Li is from Lian Nan County which is situated in the far north of Guangdong province. He dreamt of becoming a painter when he was a child. It is obvious because Li, as a youngster was full of imagination and fantasy. He loved cartoons and story books so much that he created his own idols, the good, the bad, the ugly in his comic books when he was a teenager. As a matter of fact, Li is still doing this all the time even when he has grown up.

     Li studied art at the Guangzhou Art Academy and specialized in oil painting. He is a member of Guangdong Art Association and the Guangdong Comic Institute. Currently, Li is residing in Guangzhou and works at the Guangzhou Art Academy.
