Liao was born in Changde, Hunan province in 1988. She is a trained nurse working in a military hospital in Guangzhou. Liao began to paint in the school days. Later on, painting has become her prime hobby which occupies almost all of her leisure time.

     Liao is so devoted to painting and art creation that she hopes she could have the time to visit all the art museums in the world and see those wonderful works of art by her own eyes.

     Liao’s paintings were highly honored at the 4th National Young Artist Competition 2014 and the Guangdong Young Painters Competition 2015.

     In March 2016, Liao held her first oil painting solo exhibition in Guangzhou.
