Li was born in 1959 in the city of Tianjin. He was graduated from the Law School of Peking University in 2002. Li is an art lover and obsessed by work of art. It is his dream to be an artist.

     In 2005, Li decided to study at the Oil Painting Department of Langfang Teaching University and subsequently graduated in 2008.

     In 2015, Li enrolled at the Oil Painting Research Class of the National Art Academy to further his study and research on oil painting. Currently residing in Beijing, Li is a member of the Hebei Oil Painting Institute.

     “Li’s paintings are just like poems and there is always a meaning behind every piece of his artwork. Li is conservative in a way that he respects life. This message is being carried repeatedly in all his work of art,” said art critics.
