Liu is a native of Hunan province. He is a professional artist and specialized in oil painting.

     Liu is actively involved in promoting art in the province. He is the Chairman of Hunan Shaoyang Branch Oil Painting Club and Deputy Chainman of Hunan Painting Association.

     Liu is fond of painting in a natural environment. He believes that art creation should be close to the nature. He looks upon art creation as a way of life.

     “Free to enjoy the art of painting will bring us closer to the nature. The colors in the paintings represent our feeling and emotion,” said Liu.
